New orders can be placed on-line directly from Encompass, faxed using this form, or entered on line. 

All new orders are assigned a file number and are confirmed via fax or email.  On the day of closing, we can dispatch mobile closers to you or your client's location of choice, or close in our office.  We make the entire process easy for you - easy for your clients.

Our services include:

Title Search and Examination

We conduct a through search of the public records to reveal all instruments affecting title to real property.  Each document is carefully examined to determine its current state and impact to title.

Clearing Title Defects

Should we find any errors affecting title in previously recorded instruments, we'll prepare, execute, and record the corrective instrument.  All outstanding mortgages, judgments, and liens the buyer is not willing to assume will be paid off and satisfactions obtained and recorded.

Ordering Necessary Reports

We order all required pre-closing reports, i.e. client pay-offs, surveys, and inspection reports, freeing you from these time consuming activities.

Preparing Closing Documents

We prepare all necessary documents including, but not limited to, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Deeds, Non-ID Affidavits, Continuous Marriage Affidavits, Survey Affidavits, Compliance Agreements, Proration Agreements, etc.
